Does ever Lotus leak oil at this point ? Is it 'that's what they do?

I heard rubber tends to slip out if not done right, and that image doesnt appear to have the correct locator lug holes. I used the Lotusbits stock ones with new seloc washers and appears ok so far.
Nothing is fool proof. Fools are clever!
