This car was on Ebay last Sept as an unfinished project with no MOT. DVLA shows an owner change in Oct 2022, and a fresh MOT, so looks to me like someone's done a fast turn around on completing it.
Good it's back on the road, but any new owner should expect a bit of shake down time. Doesn't look to me like it's gone far in the last 20 years, so just possible the mileage is correct. - But who knows.
