Correct on the B post badge. All very early cars were 502's and had no badge on the B post.
Reason I ask about time frame is that it's almost exactly 4 years until the 50th anniversary of the car release. Many non rolling restorations take at least this long (I should know) - but it looks like you're plan will have you on the road around May 2024.
