Essentially, can I do without chicken next Sunday and use the foil for something more creative?

Aluminium foil. Don't know if it was self-adhesive originally but it's usually pretty well stuck!

I just used turkey foil - see link below - worked fine. That was in 2008. It all needs doing again now. The roof sections have dropped down.

Um... 13 years. I knew there was a reason my Elite restoration has taken 30 plus years.That was in 2008. It all needs doing again now. The roof sections have dropped down.
Thats at least 2 roof relines I've avoided.
