Essentially, can I do without chicken next Sunday and use the foil for something more creative?

Aluminium foil. Don't know if it was self-adhesive originally but it's usually pretty well stuck!

I just used turkey foil - see link below - worked fine. That was in 2008. It all needs doing again now. The roof sections have dropped down.

Thanks for posting the link back Phil. These old threads appear well back in searches and hence don't get picked up on. Shame a lot of the pictures and links get lost.

Um... 13 years. I knew there was a reason my Elite restoration has taken 30 plus years.
Thats at least 2 roof relines I've avoided. :lol: :lol:
