Fuel Sticker

Post by MetBlue »

I'm looking for a better quality photograph of the sticker on later Excels detailing fuel types.
Image
It's looking a bit tired and rather than just removing, I'd like to get a replacement.
Unless anyone knows if they are still available, will probably be contacting one of the sticker people on line.

Hi Tony,

If you do manage to have some made, please do put me down for one.

Maybe a late attempt to pretend the car was going Green. - Put a picture of a green petrol pump on and ---Yeh -- Environmentally friendly.
Just don't look too closely that the wording states to only use higher Spec fuels. Wording actually states " This vehicle has been designed to operate on either UNLEADED ( 98 RON) or LEADED ( 97 RON) PETROL."
There is a part number on the sticker, but doesn't help: A089U0797.
Just need a better picture to show properly what the font was. The rest I can work out.

Are you missing a final letter off the part number?

Have you asked Lotus yet?

I have found mention of a Dual Fuel Sticker in the parts A082U0797F which isnt a million miles off your stated number.

2 required one on rear screen one on rear quarter panel
