Ferrari & Lotus - Newcastle 5th Feb

It appears that there will be a Ferrari OC + Lotus Hooligans meetings at the Wheatsheaf near Newcastle Airport on Sunday 5th Feb. (and possibly on the same Sunday every month thereafter) any Excels going ?

Meeting has now been confirmed - cars arriving from noon onwards, all Ferrari, TVR and Lotus welcome.

I couldn't possibly go to a meetin' like that!!!! The inevitable driving competition on the way home would either kill me , get me nicked or completely demoralised me when the Ferarri, Porche, and TVR's out drag the SE down the A1....
Are there any lanes/ B roads nearby?
ho hum...
