Ok so which run? Do some people want fast and others slower?

And is there a name for our table at dinner on Saturday night, as the hotel has asked.

I take it we enter via the intake port and exit via the exhaust.

Cheers, Richard
I think last year we were all going to try the classic run. Starts a bit later because its shorter so might get breakfast at the hotel. Often in the past we have
had to miss breakfast because of the early start. Also a more leisurely pace rather than trying to keep up with the leading Exige.
Cheers, Phil

Yep - that was pretty much the consensus last year. I'm in favour of trying the classic run.

I did the classic run last year. There were only 12 cars on the run, effectively split into 2 x 6 cars.

Pace was "leisurely", but I'd happily do it again. - Can I order some blue sky for next year though please

Sounds good to me. Shall I ask the hotel to book us all for dinner as the Lotus Grand Tourers club, or is somebody already organising this?

Cheers, Richard

We are getting closer…….the Lotus in the Peak team have been finalising all the planning and arrangements for this year's 10th Anniversary event at Chatsworth, and you will soon be able to book your place via the MLOC store.
We will let you know just as soon as the store is open!

Before I book tickets - is the consensus we are going on the classic run?

Also anyone booking breakfast at Hassop for after the run?

I'm doing the classic run this time. Might book breakfast at Hassop but sometimes its quicker to just buy one when you are there.

Yep, Carol and I are booking the classic run
this year.
I enjoy a 'spirited drive' as much as anybody but foot to the floor for 70 miles trying to keep up with Evora 400s and Exiges isn't much fun once the novelty has worn off.

We may even end up with enough Excels / Éclats / Elites to make a whole group this year.

Edit: classic run from Hassop and deli picnic booked.

Shaun.

We're very pleased to say we already have more than 70 cars booked on so are expecting a particularly good turnout this year :D

I'm sure we could accommodate you all in a 'wedge-only' group should you like Shaun. Just provide me (or Elisemadray on MLOC) with a list of names you'd like in one group and we'll do our best to arrange it.
