I think we're OK Phil - Tony has booked 2 x tables of 6. One table at 6:00, one at 6:30. I don't think we need to associate any names to bookings now.

Pete
Only just seen the restaurant booking stuff, great work guys 😎.
I went on the MLOC LITP site today and they are looking at how the continuing restrictions will affect the weekend,...hopefully not much!

Hi Shaun

Hope you're all well.

The delayed lifting of restrictions will mean two tables of six at the hotel, but hopefully they won't be far apart! Not sure about breakfast after the run - there's dozens of us! Maybe the weather will be kind and we can sit outside.

Yes - Tony stepped in to organise things a bit better. I'd been told by the hotel to get everyone to book online - but it turns out he was a newbie who didn't really know, so Tony spoke to someone else who sorted it out for us. Hopefully next year it will be less of a rush.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Cheers

Pete

LITP has now moved to 30th July to 1st August. Better change our hotel arrangements. Luckily Lynne and I can still make it.
Cheers, Phil

Heads up that if you didn't book room directly with NBH (I went through Bookings. Com), you need to modify through the site you booked with.
I've now changed to Sat / Sunday night. Trying to reach them to cancel original table booking. Provisionally 10 for a meal Saturday 31st?

Thanks Tony - we might get dinner slightly later for the new date. Maybe book one for 6:45 and the other for 7:15 - if we still have to have two tables.

Here's hoping for bad weather.. I'm in Cornwall last 2 weeks of July, but if it rains we normally come home early.

Absolutely gutted Pete. Just for the sake of it the car is driving better than it ever has! I'm waiting to see what Jerry's plans are as we did talk a out still meeting up in the Peaks if the event was cancelled but I dont think either of us thought about what to do if the date was moved.

Hope those of you who go have a great time :)

Let me know if you're planning to meet up with Jerry - it would be great to see him and Di again!

Just been chatting with Jerry and we are going to meet up at the New Bath Hotel for the weekend as originally planned. We are going to make our own little run through the Peaks on the Sunday. It would be fantastic if some of you guys could join us!

Defo sticking to the original date as it’s way to close to change holidays now. As Shaunw says we’ll make our own run out tie it up with a picnic or something then chips and beer in Matlock bath. Will be bringing the Elise as the Excel is still poorly
