I sent email request a few weeks back but never got a reply, not even something saying no places left.
I might send a chase.

Success. I got an entry pass 😊.
Are we arranging a pre meeting somewhere so the wedges can be together?

I will be at this one - never been before but if there is a meet up on the way or a group parking spot I’m up for it.

Think I'm in. :)

The map for entry route follows Station Road.

This is suitable for parking up on to wait for others or there is a surface car park approx half way along the red line on the right.

I would suggest we try and place our selves on the Argents Mead area for the show. It is flat and open, and does not restrict your departure time. Once in, we are generally locked in so to speak.

What time is rendezvous?

Notes say the following:

Please could you make your way towards Hinckley Town Centre along Station Road, LE10 1AW, between 8.00am and 10.00am (see map on your entry pass attached). If you wish to park alongside friends, it is essential that you arrive in convoy.

Would 9am be a good time or earlier?
