You've cut the light cluster in half and reversed the inner half ?

Ah! I didn't know what to comment on. Too subtle for me. Need a hint or two to get me going.

The man wins a lollypop.

Not actually cut but just separated during the cleaning and left and right side re-positioned.

The two halves do fit together reasonably well so the reversing light could be inside, making a larger brake light area.

Just tinkering

I knew something didn't look quite right on the reversing light, but could quite place it.

NOS, so be careful with the bits in your bottom drawer. They age like the real thing!

Just look at alllllllllll that space. Steering rack so much easier with the engine out.
Looking good. Keep going. Soon be back on the road.

Not wanted but wished for. I'm so far in it would be silly not to.

Modified nose cowl to later forward air duct cold air intake.

Transferred the duct from a later non air con car to mine as it was the easier route. The donor part would have needed air con holes cutting plus a repair to the broken mounting flange , plus the bolt holes are positioned for mine.

Horns need to be repositioned to the other side as well.
