Spotted Red Elite MUK on M4

Post by Alan_M »

Saw a red Elite MUK ***P (can’t quite remember numbers) on the back of a trailer heading west near Reading in the M4 this evening.
Anyone in here?

That sounds like MUK 990 P. It was for sale in December 2022. I was told, "It's been in an accident. The chassis is no good & the body is split along the seam."

MUK990P is the car Martin Buckley bought and LB looked over.
There was a report in in Classic & Sports car in April 2023.
The chassis is shot and there was a thought it might end up on an Excel chassis. No mention of accident damage and the interior looked pretty tidy.
DVLA check is interesting. New V5 on 9 Oct 23 and shows as being taxed for the next year. Can't help wondering if it found that new chassis. - Quick work if it did.
What goes together.... Must come apart.
