New Elite owner, Manchester

Post by ck86 »

Greetings all,
ive just become the owner of an Elite 503 as of this sunday just past. Plenty of work needs to be done on it for sure!!

Resprayed to be Blue (was black) and someone (i think) has plowed alot of money into the beast in converting the dash to all leather (i believe they used to be a suede material?).

oh, yes - forgot the most important thing; she's a 3.5 V8 :)

nope, i'd like to put it on a rolling road to get some vitals but some stuff i need to do first - like re-gain access to the driver side door. the locking mechanism or the loop the lock attaches to on the door frame appears to be jammed or something. probably rusted so badly that it's sheered off inside the lock. anyone have any ideas? better yet is there anyone near the Manchester area who could offer some assistance? :)
