To take the motor off the arm, you need to take the tension out of a big FO coiled spring. Easy enough if you clamp the arm in a vice, but don't just take the 3 imperial bolts out or you'll be down A&E.

Motor mounts to a plate with 3 bolts from the rear as already mentioned (imperial bolts). First removed the Motor and plate. The plate bolts direct to the door beam with 4 off M 6 bolts. Are you sure you're missing a white cable clip? There shouldn't be one where to you've circled in red if I recall. That's the pivot for the two levers.
The white clips secure the end of the black outer cable, two push in from above, two from below IIRC.
