Be aware that, on twin-fan Excels, Lotus started with a twin-pole 30A relay and replaced it with a 40A by the end of production (20A per fan). You need to allow for start-up current as well as normal running current.

Diagram looks OK. 1) Relay will draw fairly low current so a feed from the accessory circuit should be OK - and would also ensure that fans don't run after you switch off. Something like cigarette lighter or radio power? 2) Not sure about Eclats, but Excels have a handy common earth on the pedal box...
