He has still got the badge, its near mint condition but isnt sure if he wants to sell as he is not sure if he will find a replacement "if" he ever wanted to refit it to his car.

I think i know someone with the oval nose badge. dont think hes got the B pillar ones tho. Do you want me to ask him if he has still got the nose badge?

Check the new bulb to see if its 12v and not 24v. I had one once that was 24v in a 12v box and it dimmed all the other bulbs on that circiut.

at work i use Berner contact cleaner to wash out multi plugs etc, then Berner contact spray (slightly greasy feel) to coat the connectors.

the oil level being low might cause funny things to happen. oil wise, ive got fuchs titan gear 90 high performance gear oil from opie. seems to like it. they also did gulf competition 75w90 .

Since its over 12 months since "you know what" happened, ive finally got round to getting the excel onto an agreed value policy. she is now covered for £9000, which isnt bad seeing as i paid £4000 in 2015 (or was it 2014)
