Re: Late Excel SE - Search steps up. - Mission Accomplished.
Isn't there a serious risk of giving water yet another route into the car? For the rare occasions (hopefully) I'll be struggling to access, I think I'll stay with the Lotus position. Tony A well fitted grommet should remove the risk i would have thought? Incidentally the other option ( as i found o...

Any chance of a picture of that mod Dave?DavidOliver wrote: ↑Mon Jun 22, 2020 10:26As posted some time ago, the clutch (and brake) master cylinders can be better accessed if you drill a large hole in the fibreglass bulkhead
inmediately above the cylinders. This does not affect body strength.

Re: SOCIALLY DISTANCED HAMPSHIRE MEET UP?
Nice to see y'all. Look out for me on youtube later. Peroxide blonde wasnt happy tailgating me at 70 ( ) as I positioned my self for a safe overtake, so she tried an under take just before a roundabout. She was unsuccessful, as grabbing her phone interrupted her concentration. I'll look forw...

Re: SOCIALLY DISTANCED HAMPSHIRE MEET UP?
Thanks to all who attended ( especially Stu   ) for a couple of hours of 'anoraking'. Thanks Mark for popping up the photos. We'll try and arrange another meet up of some kind for September when I'm sure I'll be telling you all how great my steering feels after finally solving the issues ...

Re: SOCIALLY DISTANCED HAMPSHIRE MEET UP?
Ok. How is the date of Sunday 14th for everybody. Mark's venue of Selbourne sounds good to me as it gives us the best chance of being able to park up together and as far as I'm aware ( correct me if i'm wrong) it is around the same distance from home for the majority of people who want to attend ( m...

Re: SOCIALLY DISTANCED HAMPSHIRE MEET UP?
I can only think of one suitable car park which is in the Village of Selborne. Is there anywhere that we could meet close to you Tony? Might be more convenient for others? Wherever we meet will have to be fairly early in the day as a lot of car parks fill up mid morning. Mark. Whereas outs is Selbo...

SOCIALLY DISTANCED HAMPSHIRE MEET UP?
Anyone interested in meeting up in an open space during June or July? If so we can try to arrange a suitable venue. Not normally more than 6 of us so should be fine.
