My engine has probably done 3000 miles or so since a rebuild (by previous owner). With 20w50 and on the very hot days recently, with a very hot engine (fans on) it sits around 50PSI (3.4 bar) at 3000rpm. Idling indicated 950ish RPM it shows around 14 PSI (1 bar) but as soon as you touch the throttle...

After searching oil filters this seems to be the most up to date thread.

Am I right in saying Mann W916/1 or K&N HP-2004 seem to be the recommended manufacturers and part numbers please ?
