window frame time!

Well, I finally bit the bullet today and started to replace my n/s window frame. Quite simple to remove really. The frame was bolted straight to the beam with no spacers or washers so at least when it comes to refitting, it SHOULD be simple to ajust by basically starting from scratch with washers. w...

I decided when seeing this to trawl for bespoke key fob manufactures to see what they charge to make some 'copies'.

Funnily, there is this great company in Chelmsford which is spookily where the ebayer comes from.

I wonder?

Re: Leather seat colour indentifcation

I sent a sample of my blue leather to Furniture Clinic last year. They sent back 2x 500ml bottles of 100% same colour dye. I treated my seat sides and dash and once dry you couldn't tell at all. Think it cost about £25.

Fitted the new valve. brakes dont feel any different but ticking has gone. old valve spring seems still firm so have kept old valve just in case.

Re: Hazards & Indicators

If you mean the one on the wing and its the original lucas unit, I think its just 2 screws to get lense off and I think (?) 2 more holding the base onto the wing. Mine are non standard so im thinking of my old excel so probably wrong!
