Have a look at the valve on the brake servo, mine had a really bad tapping sound at tickover and was traced to this, a common fault apparently.

I've also found 3 of the 4 handbrake shoes, I would imagine the 4th is somewhere so I'll try and dig it out. I'll include the handbrake shoes with the other stuff. I paid £150 just for the back plates so I was hoping for £200 for the lot.

I'm afraid the old girl has gone and been replaced with an Elise. I have some bits left over if anyone is interested before they go on ebay.
