i had pump problems sent the lot to burlem and they will quote for a rebuild(electronic) or a replacement.

try a simple answer first. pop out the switch remove the multipin plug from the back and spray the internals, and the multi pin, with contact cleaning fluid, then operate switch a few times. then reassemble and test . if ok test again 12 hours later to see if problem has gone.

there are 2 flaps one decides if it is fresh or recirc air. it is locked on fresh, that is ok. the other flap is the distribution and it can sellect demist/cabin i cannot get demist to function so that one is closed. also nothing coming down the flexi pipe to the foot wells. all back in one piece no...

i do no like the headlamp flash by the pop up routine. a bit too slow, and unnecesary load on the mechanics. is it legal and possible to relay (diode) the fog lights to give a flash option? i have the lotus service notes but do not know where the relays ect are located.
