Re: Elite 50th Anniversary - Lancaster Insurance support

How about some help with trying to get some of the "unobtainium" items moving forward? Now Esprits are welcome on the forum how about Marcasite trim? :D :D

Re: New comer - Progress (edit)

Is that your original torque converter or did you get a reconditioned one? Is that the strap fitted by Ashcroft? So clean - shame you'll never see it one it's fitted!! :D

Do the crash panels original? Yours is an early car isn't it? Glad you're back on the case though!

Re: New loudspeakers for 1985 Excel

Congratulations on your new Excel, and welcome to the forum :D. I've also been pondering what to do about music in my Elite - currently being restored. I need to do more research but I wondered whether mid/high coaxial speakers in the front could be used with bass drive units in the rear, given that...

Wanted - Elite/Eclat leather front seats - or even parts - especially the backs.

Thanks!

I would describe it as a 10/10 car

Just needs LOTUS-BOOLE plaques on the cam boxes 👌
The cam covers are just temporary while the rest of the cam housing either passes or fails! If they work OK I'll get some slightly more decorative items cast - I had wondered what to cast into them :D
